Firefighter Health Programs
Firefighters face elevated rates of several cancers, and cardiac events remain a leading cause of line-of-duty death. We bring screening to the station rather than asking crews to find time for it. Each firefighter gets a comprehensive blood panel, a full physical, cancer screening matched to the risks the research identifies, and an exam aligned with the NFPA 1582 standard, delivered across every shift.
One firefighter from Local 734 in Baltimore discovered a 5cm kidney mass during a screening. He was told it was likely cancer that had spread to his lungs and he probably had 10 years to live. After surgery to remove the tumor and save his kidney, follow-up scans showed no change in the lung nodules. He got the “all clear” from his oncologist.

Police Health Screening
Police work concentrates cardiovascular risk in a way few jobs do. The strain accumulates quietly across a career, and officers routinely feel fine right up until something goes wrong.
Our assessment is built for that risk profile. Officers receive a 12-lead EKG, a stress test with VO2 max, and an echocardiogram, alongside comprehensive blood work and a confidential behavioral health review. It is a full cardiac workup rather than a blood pressure cuff and a clipboard.
